When I was planning my solo trip to Cambodia, I thought it would be interesting to do a yoga retreat. They are quite popular in SE Asia, so I figure Cambodia shouldn’t be an exception.
While looking for the best yoga retreats in Cambodia, I realised I had basically two options. Either I’d do a yoga retreat while in Siem Reap, or I’d opt for a cheaper option and add another destination to my itinerary.
In the end, I decided to go for a more affordable option in Kampot, and I absolutely loved it. However, I’ll also show you some amazing yoga retreats in Siem Reap you should consider if you’re short on time and don’t want to travel across the country.

Best Yoga Retreats in Cambodia: My Experience
As I was traveling solo in Cambodia, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to spend a few days relaxing and doing yoga.
I had about 2 weeks in Cambodia, and my itinerary was already pretty full. When researching yoga retreats in Cambodia, I noticed most were in Siem Reap, but there was also a small family-run yoga retreat in Kampot.
To be completely honest with you, the one in Kampot was significantly cheaper than those in Siem Reap, so that’s why I chose it.
I had never gone on a yoga retreat before, and I didn’t want to overcommit, so I picked a 3-day Barn & Bliss Yoga Retreat option.
Honestly, this retreat was everything I expected, and in the end, I wish I had booked more days.
Just to be clear, I’m not a yoga expert, but starting and ending a day with a yoga practice was incredible. I don’t think I’ve ever been as relaxed as I was during this retreat.

1. 5-Day Natural Flow Yoga Retreat, Kampot
I truly believe this 5-Day Natural Flow Yoga Retreat in Kampot is the best yoga retreat in Cambodia.

The reason I chose this retreat is that you can join the retreat on any day, as there are no fixed starting dates.
Each day you’ll join two yoga sessions designed to enhance your physical strength and flexibility while promoting inner peace. I was there during the rainy season in Cambodia, and it was so cool to do yoga to the sound of rain.
